Lead internal communication strategy and employee events to boost engagement. Create and distribute content, advise leaders, manage channels/tools, coordinate vendors, and measure impact to improve initiatives.

Maintain, operate, and support production database environments (SQL Server, Azure SQL MI, DBaaS). Drive DBRE practices: automation, observability, incident diagnosis/resolution, performance tuning, data migrations, and collaboration with development and operations to improve platform reliability.

Develop and maintain front-end web applications, add new features, support product modernization and redesign, and occasionally contribute to back-end components within a collaborative team for public-transport and postal software.
