Support the full recruitment process for permanent and internship positions, including job posting, candidate screening, sourcing, interview coordination, candidate communications, and recruitment record maintenance. Contribute to employer branding, campus recruitment activities, content creation, talent market research, and improvements to recruitment tools and processes while developing talent acquisition skills.

Develop and maintain web applications, primarily through front-end development with React or similar frameworks. Contribute to new features, product maintenance, modernization, redesign initiatives, and occasional back-end development. Apply JavaScript, HTML/CSS, object-oriented programming, and potentially C#/.NET while collaborating with a development team to evolve complex software products.

Develop and enhance large-scale software products through functional design, architecture, analysis, programming, documentation, and testing. Provide technical support to development and project teams. The role requires strong object-oriented C++ skills, Windows and relational database experience, French communication abilities, and a relevant university degree.
