Teams at Girls Who Code

Manages participant and community support operations, including remote support specialists and Discord moderators. Oversees escalations, workflows, knowledge resources, incentive and compliance operations, vendors, fulfillment, audits, and support systems. Leads cross-functional projects, communications, community administration, newsletter operations, and adoption of new technical tools while improving service quality, safety, and consistency.

Lead cross-functional marketing to drive awareness, recruitment, and engagement for programs and a new learning platform. Develop integrated digital campaigns, create recruitment materials, optimize student acquisition and retention, support ad creative and targeting, and analyze performance to refine strategies.

Manage a portfolio of corporate partners to drive renewals, retention, and growth. Execute renewal strategies, track moves management and forecasting, analyze engagement data, create partner-facing materials, coordinate cross-functional delivery of benefits, maintain Salesforce records, represent Girls Who Code externally, and support team projects and potential direct reports.
