The role requires regional travel across Western Washington, occasional evening or weekend work, and strong communication, presentation, organization, and confidentiality skills.

Leads Girl Scout troop meetings and activities in school and community settings, facilitates badge work and outings, supports volunteer leaders, communicates with caregivers and partners, and fosters inclusive youth environments. The role requires weekday after-school availability, occasional weekends, travel between sites, participation in training and events, adherence to safety policies, and a valid Washington driver’s license with reliable transportation.
