Manages individual donor portfolios and fundraising revenue goals, cultivating, retaining, and stewarding donors through personalized outreach. Leads annual and recurring giving programs, alumnae engagement, donor prospecting, CRM tracking, reporting, and donor communications. Supports major-gift moves management and coordinates donor and fundraising events, including corporate sponsor activities. Requires collaboration with fund development leadership and marketing communications.

Leads the Fund Development Department and executes fundraising strategy across corporate partnerships, individual giving, campaigns, sponsorships, events, donor engagement, prospect research, and development operations. Supervises two managers, manages donor and sponsor portfolios, oversees moves management and pipeline growth, maintains CRM and reporting accuracy, supports executive donor meetings, and drives cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, recognition, and renewal activities.

Manages marketing request intake, signage, web updates, newsletters, social media, short-form content, event photography, asset libraries, vendor tracking, and campaign reporting. The role requires strong writing and design abilities, digital marketing platform experience, website and email production skills, organization, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and internal clients.
