Teams at Girl Scouts of NYPENN Pathways, Inc.

Manages outdoor and environmental education programming across four Girl Scout camps, including youth programs, troop camping, volunteer training, recruitment, and property usage. Serves as residential summer camp director, overseeing programming, staff, budgets, payroll, safety, health department compliance, facilities, and camper experience. Coordinates parent communications, health forms, marketing, social media, membership support, and product sales initiatives. Regular travel, seasonal residence, nights, and weekends are required.

Lead membership growth and retention by designing targeted recruitment and engagement strategies, building community partnerships, supporting and coaching volunteers, and overseeing onboarding and member communications. Maintain membership records, monitor participation trends, and collaborate across teams to implement council initiatives and events across assigned service units.
