Teams at Girl Scouts of Central Maryland

Plan, organize, and implement council product program strategies and campaigns. Manage budgets, inventory, vendor relationships, volunteer and member engagement, marketing, policy, fund collection, and training. Support promotions, donor cultivation, and DEI initiatives; provide customer service and occasional travel.

Lead year-round recruitment and membership growth for girls and volunteers across the council footprint. Develop recruitment and retention plans using demographic and membership data, build community partnerships, supervise full- and part-time recruiters, provide volunteer support and conflict resolution, and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion. Requires travel, evening/weekend availability, and driving within the council area.

The Membership Recruitment Specialist recruits and retains members, fosters partnerships, and supports volunteers, ensuring a strong local Girl Scout presence.
