Supports Girl Scout member retention by building relationships with girls, families, volunteers, and troop leaders; resolving inquiries and concerns; documenting cases; supporting retention campaigns and events; providing program and policy guidance; attending service unit and troop meetings; and collaborating across departments to improve member experiences.

The Membership Recruitment Specialist recruits and retains members, fosters partnerships, and supports volunteers, ensuring a strong local Girl Scout presence.
