Recruits youth and adult members for Girl Scouts by building community partnerships, hosting presentations and events, managing leads in Salesforce, and supporting prospective members and volunteers. The role develops recruitment strategies, expands outreach to underrepresented communities, delivers programs, and collaborates on membership campaigns. It requires flexible evening and weekend availability, local travel, strong communication, and reliable transportation.

Recruit new youth members and adult volunteers by building relationships with schools, community organizations, businesses, and families. Plan and host recruitment events, manage leads and conversions in Salesforce, support membership campaigns, expand outreach to underrepresented communities, and provide follow-up to prospective members and partners. The role requires community engagement, presentations, flexible evening and weekend availability, and daily travel within the assigned region.
