Manage client relationships from onboarding through ongoing support. Lead meetings and workshops, guide customers through the AI platform, troubleshoot issues, test outputs, and communicate feedback to R&D and Product teams. The role requires strong English and Hebrew communication, organization, problem-solving, client management, and technical curiosity, with familiarity with AI tools preferred.

Provides Tier 1 technical support to restaurants worldwide in a 24/7 shift environment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting platform issues, meeting SLAs, using ServiceNow, communicating through written channels and phone, and applying AI tools such as Claude and Cursor. The role also participates in AI and technology projects and requires strong English, communication skills, technical aptitude, and weekend shift availability.

Design, operate, and improve scalable AWS cloud infrastructure and production Kubernetes environments. Build Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD automation, self-healing systems, and internal engineering tools. Enhance security, reliability, performance, and cost efficiency across multi-region, high-traffic distributed systems, including AI-powered operational tooling and agents.
