Leads B2B technology sales and business development, generating opportunities, acquiring customers, managing the full sales cycle, and selling software development, outsourcing, recruitment, and staff augmentation services. Builds executive and technical stakeholder relationships, develops partnerships and sales channels, coordinates with technical teams on tailored solutions, and owns revenue growth. Requires strong technology-sector sales experience, knowledge of the Israeli IT market, an established network, technical fluency, and Hebrew and English communication skills.

Leads cross-functional technology initiatives supporting an AI Center of Excellence. Manages roadmaps, dependencies, risks, PMO governance, KPIs, Jira workflows, executive reporting, and AI solution adoption. Coordinates global stakeholders across Development, IT, Operations, and business units while tracking usage, adoption, and business value metrics.

Develop and maintain a large-scale web platform using PHP/Laravel and React. Implement end-to-end features, refactor existing systems, design technical solutions, work with databases (MySQL, Oracle, Redis) and cloud environments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
