Lead strategic sales growth for retail-tech SaaS solutions across enterprise and mid-market accounts. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing the full enterprise sales cycle, building executive relationships, mentoring sales teams, driving pipeline creation, negotiating high-value deals, monitoring forecasts and performance, and expanding market presence across retail, fashion, apparel, FMCG, and manufacturing sectors.

Own an OMS module or module cluster across discovery, requirements, integrations, delivery, quality, adoption, and operational health. Analyze order and fulfillment data, define sourcing and allocation logic, document APIs and workflows, manage backlogs, coordinate agile delivery, conduct UAT, troubleshoot integration failures, and monitor post-launch metrics. The role also involves customer collaboration, release enablement, documentation, and identifying AI opportunities for exception handling and anomaly detection.

Owns the design, deployment, and evolution of an Azure-based container platform for a SaaS product. Responsibilities include AKS architecture, Kubernetes operations, CI/CD and GitOps, infrastructure as code, networking, scalability, disaster recovery, high availability, observability, security, and cloud cost optimization. The role establishes platform standards, leads migration to AKS, conducts architecture reviews, defines reliability practices, and serves as a technical escalation point for platform engineering.
