The Senior Accountant manages reconciliations, journal entries, monthly and annual close activities, audit support, financial compliance, fixed assets, lease accounting, inventory, taxes, intercompany transactions, and consolidated reporting across multi-state entities. The role partners with FP&A and Operations, analyzes financial performance, supports store and regional reporting, and improves accounting processes. Candidates need accounting experience, US GAAP knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and NetSuite or comparable ERP experience.

Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Azure, AWS, networks, VoIP, and security infrastructure. Develop PowerShell and Power Automate solutions, support AI platforms, troubleshoot escalated technical issues, mentor junior staff, and lead infrastructure projects, technology rollouts, and acquisition integrations across a multi-site organization.

Reconcile POS transactions and financial records, validate invoices and receipts, post transactions in NetSuite, investigate discrepancies, support month-end close and reporting, and improve transaction processes. Partner with service center managers across locations, provide guidance on financial procedures, and ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and bookkeeping in a fast-paced environment.
