Perform mobile and in-store tire services for retail vehicles, medium trucks, and trailers including mounting, balancing, puncture repair, rotations, and on-site roadside service from a commercial service truck while maintaining safety and communication with service coordinators and customers.

Maintain and reconcile POS transactions and vendor records, post transactions into NetSuite, investigate and resolve discrepancies, support month-end close and reporting, partner with service center managers to improve financial accuracy and coach on procedures.

Act as primary customer contact for the service department: greet customers, inspect vehicles for tires/basic mechanical issues, create work orders, schedule and coordinate repairs with technicians, recommend and upsell tires/services, order inventory, manage billing and invoices, follow up on repairs, and maintain accurate customer and service records.
