Provide store administrative support including POS data entry, paperwork processing, customer and vendor inquiries, scheduling, phone handling, file and office maintenance, and assisting with special projects and ad-hoc assignments.

Maintain and reconcile POS transactions and vendor records, post transactions into NetSuite, investigate and resolve discrepancies, support month-end close and reporting, partner with service center managers to improve financial accuracy and coach on procedures.

Act as primary customer contact for the service department: greet customers, inspect vehicles for tires/basic mechanical issues, create work orders, schedule and coordinate repairs with technicians, recommend and upsell tires/services, order inventory, manage billing and invoices, follow up on repairs, and maintain accurate customer and service records.
