The Staff Systems Architect will lead the development and integration of vehicle and software architectures, ensuring reliability and performance in heavy-duty transit buses, while managing technical risks and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Lead and manage end-to-end payroll operations for multi-state, union and non-union employees. Ensure accurate, compliant payroll processing, tax filings, reconciliations, system administration (SAP SuccessFactors Payroll), integrations with UKG/Kronos and HRIS, reporting, audits, and team leadership while driving process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.

Lead development, testing, and release of control algorithms for vehicle body systems (doors, HVAC, lighting, HMI, safety, power distribution). Define functional requirements and communication interfaces, perform DFMEA/hazard assessments, create test environments, troubleshoot prototypes and field vehicles, develop diagnostics and manuals, maintain version control and PLM traceability, and drive continuous improvement to meet safety, regulatory, reliability, and performance goals.

Responsible for designing and optimizing electrical systems for transit buses, including requirements analysis, detailed design, and collaborating with suppliers to ensure performance and safety.

The Senior Cybersecurity & OTA Engineer will design and implement vehicle cybersecurity and OTA systems, conduct threat assessments, and ensure compliance in heavy-duty transit buses.

The Mechanical Engineer will design, develop, and optimize components for transit buses, focusing on interiors to enhance user experience and ensure safety. Responsibilities include BOM management, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and utilizing CAD tools for design.

The Electrical Engineer supports assembly processes of transit buses, resolving production issues, optimizing designs, and collaborating with teams to enhance manufacturing efficiency and quality.

As a Mechanical Engineer in Liaison Engineering, you will provide technical support, optimize designs, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate with teams to ensure efficient manufacturing of transit buses.

Manage a team of ~5 E/E systems engineers to design, integrate, and validate high- and low-voltage power distribution, CAN communications, and wiring harnesses for heavy-duty transit buses. Own schematics and harness releases in Zuken E3, lead DFMEA and DVP&R activities, manage suppliers and ECN/ECO processes, run SCRUM/Jira planning, and provide hands-on troubleshooting and field support.
