Leads accounting, financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, cash management, investor reporting, risk management, and construction draws across more than 80 real estate entities. Oversees accounting operations, audits, internal controls, vendor compliance, treasury relationships, and financial systems. Partners with the CFO, property management, lenders, investors, and project teams to manage forecasts, distributions, capital contributions, and process improvements.

Coordinates marketing and communications for residential properties, including campaigns, branding, digital listings, websites, social media, creative content, resident engagement, analytics, reporting, advertising spend, and vendor projects. Maintains marketing platforms and content accuracy, supports events and rebrands, analyzes occupancy and campaign performance, and recommends adjustments to leadership. The role is fully onsite and requires coordination with property teams, creative vendors, advertising partners, and technology providers.
