Develop and improve manufacturing processes, equipment, and automated assembly systems for medical and pharmaceutical delivery devices. Responsibilities include process characterization and validation, DFM/DFA, equipment specification and troubleshooting, CAD fixture design, PFMEA, DMR documentation, CAPA support, continuous improvement, design transfer, customer quotations, and project leadership. The role supports development through commercial production while ensuring compliance with FDA and ISO requirements.
