Drives compliant, science-based engagement with HIV healthcare professionals across Central Switzerland. Manages key accounts and territory plans, delivers clinical and treatment information, identifies patient and treatment needs, and executes virology strategies. Collaborates with Medical, Marketing, and Market Access teams, contributes field insights, supports educational initiatives, maintains CRM documentation, and ensures adherence to company policies, Swiss regulations, and ethical standards.

Partners with leaders and HR stakeholders to identify workforce questions, collect and validate people data, conduct analyses, and translate findings into actionable insights. Designs and administers employee surveys, advises on HR data measurement and use, integrates new data sources, and collaborates with technical teams to develop dashboards. The role influences workforce strategy, rewards, culture, location, and employee experience decisions through rigorous analytics and consulting.

Lead development and execution of enterprise internal and employee communications strategy. Create clear, compelling content for leaders and employees, support change communications, partner cross-functionally, manage multiple programs and vendors, and use engagement insights to improve effectiveness. Provide people leadership and ensure messaging aligns with business priorities, culture, and regulatory requirements.
