Lead global execution of Phase I-IV clinical studies within a program: develop and oversee study plans, timelines, budgets, resourcing, risk mitigation, CRO/vendor management, cross-functional alignment, team mentorship, and process improvements to ensure compliance with protocol, SOPs, regulatory requirements, and timely delivery of high-quality data.

Manage worldwide execution of Phase I-IV clinical trials across therapeutic areas. Oversee study/program budgets, resource allocation, CRO/vendor selection and oversight, cross-functional study teams, protocol and regulatory documentation, risk mitigation, SOP development, and people leadership for clinical operations to ensure compliance and timely delivery of high-quality data.

Lab-based role supporting discovery of antibody therapeutics: perform antibody sequencing and cloning from single B cells and hybridomas, design and interpret experiments, build and analyze antibody repertoire NGS libraries, screen/characterize antibodies (ELISA, FACS, BLI), present results, and track literature and project work.
