Develop and support scientific software, data solutions, dashboards, workflows, and integrations for drug discovery research. Partner with scientists to translate research needs into technical requirements, lead software projects and technical workstreams, manage scientific data, support research cloud environments, and improve platform usability and reliability. The role also includes technical mentoring, architecture participation, data analysis, documentation, and operational support.

Performs quality control sample receipt, processing, distribution, and cryogenic transfer to liquid nitrogen storage. Maintains laboratory standards, 5S practices, audit checklists, standard work, Right the First Time objectives, and safety goals. Collects metrics for continuous improvement and supports ad hoc projects. Requires flexibility for overtime, holidays, and changing priorities, plus the ability to lift 25 pounds and work with dry ice and liquid nitrogen freezers.

Provide U.S. and some global privacy counsel across Gilead: triage privacy inquiries, advise on data use, vendor and marketing practices, lead privacy risk assessments, support HIPAA and health data matters, develop guidance, training, and privacy governance.
