Responsibilities include analyzing financing structures, negotiating transaction terms, drafting legal documents, advising clients, and working independently and collaboratively on high-profile deals. Candidates with three to five years of post-qualification experience and finance, project finance, property finance, or banking backgrounds are sought.

Advises clients on competition, consumer, and market regulation matters, including mergers, ACCC clearances, investigations, litigation, cartel issues, economic regulation, regulatory design, legislative reform, and consumer protection. Requires strong legal drafting, technical knowledge, client service, and collaboration skills, with at least three years of relevant experience.

Handle complex commercial litigation, class actions, and regulatory disputes. Responsibilities include developing case strategy, preparing pleadings, evidence, and submissions, working with clients, partners, counsel, and senior stakeholders, managing litigation workstreams, and preparing for hearings and trials. The role requires strong legal analysis, drafting, commercial judgment, matter ownership, and collaboration while supporting junior lawyers.
