Performs audit and review procedures under supervision, prepares work papers and financial statements, proofs documents, and assists with smaller engagements. The role may supervise associate workflow as experience develops and requires clear communication, analytical and organizational skills. Candidates must be CPA-eligible or pursuing CPA licensure, with a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree and proficiency in Word, Excel, and cloud-based applications.

Performs day-to-day audit engagement activities, including planning, budgeting, execution, financial statement preparation, technical issue communication, and reportable conditions documentation. Coordinates client engagements, supervises and mentors junior associates, maintains client relationships, and ensures audit quality and accuracy. Requires public accounting audit experience, CPA eligibility, strong analytical and project management skills, and occasional client-site travel.

Prepare and review tax returns for individuals and various business entities, assist with tax planning, research, and compliance, communicate with clients and tax authorities, identify tax issues, and support managers and partners. The role requires strong technical tax knowledge, analytical and project management skills, client relationship abilities, and CPA or CPA-candidate status.
