Leads financial administration and fiscal management for major construction projects. Responsibilities include training project teams on accounting procedures, supervising direct reports, ensuring forecast accuracy, supporting financial close and WIP processes, analyzing risks and opportunities, evaluating change impacts, monitoring project indicators, and communicating financial concerns to leadership. The role requires strong communication, accounting knowledge, Excel and Word proficiency, and the ability to learn construction and payment management software.

Manages accounting and financial forecasting for small- to mid-sized construction projects. Responsibilities include contract administration, requisition and lien waiver reviews, project forecasting, monthly forecast meetings, accounts receivable and payable, financial closeout, audits, contract abstracts, and Work in Process analysis. The role collaborates with project teams, clients, and subcontractors and requires travel to project job sites.
