Provides administrative and executive support to the CEO, COO, GME residency program, and rural health transformation program. Responsibilities include maintaining confidential records and databases, tracking compliance and credentials, preparing reports and correspondence, coordinating meetings and events, managing travel and education arrangements, processing paperwork, ordering supplies, and serving as a liaison among healthcare, grant, and program stakeholders.

Monitors cardiac rhythms and vital signs, reports abnormalities to nurses and providers, and maintains telemetry equipment and documentation. Provides basic patient care including activities of daily living, ambulation, admissions, transfers, discharges, emergency first aid, and procedure preparation. Performs clerical duties, answers calls, stocks supplies, cleans work areas, enters Meditech orders, and may assist in the emergency department or other hospital areas.

Instructors will teach life support courses according to AHA guidelines and standards, ensure participant evaluation and record-keeping, and maintain training equipment.
