The Case Manager assesses and plans for the social-emotional needs of patients and their families to facilitate effective discharge and care coordination.

The EMT-Basic/Intermediate responds to emergency calls, provides Basic Life Support, maintains equipment, completes reports, and ensures safety standards. They must maintain necessary licenses and certifications.

Instructors will teach life support courses according to AHA guidelines and standards, ensure participant evaluation and record-keeping, and maintain training equipment.
