The Account Manager will manage enterprise account relationships, drive upsells, conduct reviews, and ensure customer satisfaction with GigSmart's services.

Provide frontline support and account assistance to GigSmart workers and businesses, manage escalations and support tickets, perform gig corrections, document interactions in the CRM, and collaborate with sales to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
