Supports finance operations through inventory and asset management for motorcycles, tricycles, spare parts, and operational equipment. Maintains Odoo records, updates asset movements and allocations, reconciles system data with physical stock, conducts asset counts, reports discrepancies, assists with audits, and supports finance projects and cross-functional operations.

Oversee front desk operations, welcome visitors, maintain reception areas, and coordinate office administration across Nigerian locations. Manage supplies, equipment, travel bookings, records, facilities, health and safety compliance, HR support, events, and workplace issue resolution while providing responsive customer service.

Serve as first point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints, guide new users through the platform, resolve or escalate issues per SLA, track tickets, perform follow-ups, measure satisfaction (NPS, CSAT), update FAQs, collaborate with Operations, Risk, and Finance, and identify upsell opportunities to improve retention and product adoption.
