Oversee front desk operations, welcome visitors, maintain reception areas, and coordinate office administration across Nigerian locations. Manage supplies, equipment, travel bookings, records, facilities, health and safety compliance, HR support, events, and workplace issue resolution while providing responsive customer service.

Serve as first point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints, guide new users through the platform, resolve or escalate issues per SLA, track tickets, perform follow-ups, measure satisfaction (NPS, CSAT), update FAQs, collaborate with Operations, Risk, and Finance, and identify upsell opportunities to improve retention and product adoption.

Serve as first point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints; guide new users on platform and vehicle use; track and resolve tickets, escalate when needed; perform periodic check-ins, measure satisfaction (NPS/CSAT), update FAQs, and collaborate with Operations, Risk, and Finance to resolve payments, maintenance, and compliance issues while identifying upsell opportunities.
