Serve as first point of contact for customer inquiries, educate users on platform and vehicle operations, resolve issues or escalate per SLA, track tickets, conduct check-ins, monitor feedback (NPS/CSAT), update FAQs, collaborate with Operations, Risk, and Finance, and identify upsell opportunities.

Support QA, compliance reviews, audits, and investigations across cities. Conduct QA of verification, onboarding, transaction, recovery, and collection processes; validate system records; perform field audits and inspections; monitor dashboards for anomalies and SLA breaches; maintain audit documentation; track and verify corrective actions.

Designs and authors end-to-end operational management systems: gather requirements, create to-be processes, author full SOPs, specify operating tools and system events, and own the Product↔Operations handoff to ensure scalable, measurable, and embedded operational designs.
