Lead MVP definition, customer and CSR validation, requirements, data model collaboration, testing, and production delivery across web, mobile, and AI-assisted call center channels. Establish KPIs, manage dependencies, improve exception resolution, and partner with utility SMEs, engineering, design, and CX leaders in an early-stage environment.

Own the roadmap and delivery of Gigawatt’s digital self-service customer experience across web and mobile. Define and ship MVPs for billing, payments, service management, usage, outages, and proactive support. Partner with utility SMEs, call center leaders, design, engineering, and AI teams to create omni-channel experiences, establish technical requirements, measure KPIs, and improve adoption, containment, first-contact resolution, CSAT, and cost to serve.

Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Gigawatt’s customer-facing AI agent platform for utilities. Lead SDK and no-code builder experiences, agent orchestration, retrieval, evaluation, observability, governance, tenant isolation, auditability, and human-in-the-loop controls. Partner with engineering, design, security, and utility customers to ship production-ready capabilities, define platform commitments, and drive adoption, quality, reliability, and cost outcomes.
