Build and maintain full-stack software products, including Python backend services, REST APIs, databases, authentication, and responsive JavaScript interfaces. Design scalable, secure, high-performance applications using frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, Vue, or React. Contribute to asynchronous, multi-process, and microservice architectures while collaborating cross-functionally. The role may also involve cloud platforms, CI/CD, generative AI technologies, task queues, and automated testing.

Design and maintain scalable design systems, reusable UI components, visual patterns, documentation, and interaction standards. Create interface designs, wireframes, prototypes, illustrations, animations, and micro-interactions using Figma. Collaborate with designers, engineers, and product teams to solve UI/UX problems, ensure accessibility and responsiveness, and apply HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge to practical implementation constraints.

Owns Gigalogy’s online and offline marketing across Bangladesh and global markets. Responsibilities include building the Maira brand, developing positioning and GTM strategies, executing digital campaigns, SEO, content, email, PR, events, partnerships, and localized market expansion. The role manages marketing analytics, acquisition funnels, budgets, agencies, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, and Customer Success. Candidates need at least four years of marketing experience, including two years in technology, SaaS, AI, or software.

Designs, executes, and reports automated and manual functional tests for web, API, and mobile applications. Builds and maintains test automation coverage, test cases, documentation, data, and environments. Collaborates with stakeholders on test strategies, maintains requirements-to-defect traceability, and performs integration and load testing while following software quality control practices.

Build and scale a cross-platform React Native AI chat app for iOS and Android. Implement real-time streaming UIs, offline persistence, state management, push notifications, deep linking, performance optimizations, and platform-specific integrations. Collaborate with backend, design, and product teams; ensure security, testing, and maintainability.

Develop and optimize Maira-2 by evaluating and benchmarking generative models, designing fine-tuning workflows, building experimentation frameworks, improving model accuracy and efficiency, and supporting production deployment and monitoring in collaboration with product and leadership.
