Own day-to-day operations for Giga’s India entity, including payroll, statutory compliance, accounting coordination, vendor contracts, recruiting, onboarding, employee experience, and workspace setup. Support revenue operations through CRM accuracy, pipeline and forecast reporting, contracts, invoicing, and collections. Build scalable, documented, and automated processes while coordinating with leadership and external legal, tax, payroll, and accounting partners.

Own consumption, retention, and expansion across approximately 10 enterprise customers. Build account ramp plans, drive usage against commitments, quarterback customer and internal timelines, manage production escalations, run executive value reviews, identify expansion opportunities, and coordinate with engineering, product, revenue operations, and sales. As the first Customer Success hire, establish the function’s playbook and reporting processes.

The Chief of Staff serves as the CEO’s strategic operator and thought partner, managing executive-office operations, planning rhythms, OKRs, dashboards, board preparation, fundraising support, stakeholder relationships, and cross-functional initiatives. The role drives accountability, synthesizes business performance, improves leadership meetings, handles confidential information, and represents the CEO with internal and external stakeholders. Success requires strong judgment, exceptional writing, AI fluency, and the ability to execute ambiguous, high-impact work under pressure.
