Partner closely with People leadership, the Controller, accounting, vendors, and external counsel.

Maintain production calendars, asset trackers, and documentation while supporting broader creative project timelines and dependencies. Manage international shoot logistics, freelancer networks, payments, and post-production coordination across multiple markets.
