Provides clinical and administrative support in a physician’s office by preparing patients, recording vital signs and histories, documenting in the EMR, assisting with procedures, performing EKGs, coordinating schedules and surgeries, maintaining supplies, following infection-control practices, and supporting providers, nurses, patients, and families.

Performs diagnostic x-ray and/or sonography examinations in a hospital setting. Operates imaging equipment, maintains radiation and infection-control safety, documents exams in PACS, supports quality assurance, transports patients, and collaborates with radiologists and care teams. Requires patient-centered communication, physical ability to lift and transport patients, current licensure, and flexibility to work any shift, weekends, holidays, call rotations, and across organization facilities.

Provides nursing care, nutrition assessments, case management, health education, breastfeeding support, referrals, and care-plan evaluation for WIC and maternal-child health clients. Maintains compliant records, performs blood data collection, coordinates with healthcare providers and public health personnel, supervises support staff, conducts outreach, and ensures safe, confidential, culturally responsive care.
