The role requires interpreting construction plans, tracking critical path and project progress, maintaining accurate files, and periodically visiting active construction sites while using required PPE.

Provides electrical engineering support for heavy civil and perimeter security construction projects. Responsibilities include electrical design, calculations, drawing and specification review, construction coordination, field inspections, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, code compliance, estimating, schedule tracking, contractor coordination, and project closeout documentation. The role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and periodic work outdoors on active construction sites.

Lead heavy civil construction projects from preconstruction through completion, managing budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, subcontractors, compliance, safety, and quality. Serve as primary client contact for federal stakeholders, provide status updates, conduct site visits, manage change orders, forecast costs, and mitigate risks to ensure timely, on-budget project delivery.

Lead heavy civil construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, managing schedules, budgets, procurement, subcontractors, quality, safety, contract compliance, client/stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, and field oversight to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of large federal or public infrastructure projects.
