Own the product direction for two or three client software projects, from discovery through release. Leads senior technical consulting engagements, including audits, architecture foundation-setting, and client advisory work. Supports pre-sales through technical conversations, bids, and proposals. Evolves technical standards, embeds AI tooling into software development, mentors Tech Leads, identifies skills gaps, and strengthens technical leadership across teams. The role requires balancing deep technical expertise with business-level communication while working across clients, sectors, architectures, DevOps practices, and technology stacks.
