Supports investment bankers with company and industry research, comparable company analysis, financial modeling, valuations, merger analysis, client pitchbooks, credit approval memos, and offering memoranda. The role requires strong financial statement analysis, corporate valuation, quantitative ability, communication, attention to detail, initiative, leadership, and teamwork. This individual contributor position is based in Mumbai and supports global banking and markets deal origination and client coverage.

Manage cloud IAM security controls, requirements, standards, risk assessments, governance, and operational readiness. Partner with architects, product managers, technology owners, audit, compliance, and regulators to implement controls, assess threats, support cloud security adoption, perform UAT/QA, maintain documentation, and deliver reporting, training, and process improvements.

Manage balance sheet and net interest income forecasting, interest rate risk analysis, stress testing, and executive reporting. Responsibilities include analyzing financial results, building and testing reports, partnering with global finance and technology teams, resolving data issues, supporting system implementations, improving workflows, and strengthening operational controls. The role requires strong financial services knowledge, advanced Excel and SQL skills, analytical ability, and clear communication.
