Manage daily futures and options clearing operations, including trade allocations, reconciliation, settlement, regulatory reporting, position-break resolution, and client queries. Monitor trades in real time, coordinate with brokers, front-office desks, technology, reconciliation, and client service teams, and escalate issues promptly. Support exercise, assignment, and delivery processes for expiring positions. Identify process weaknesses, improve manual workflows, follow controls, and work staggered hours supporting PACRIM exchange operations.

Leads market account offboarding operations involving AML/KYC defect detection, data reconciliation, reporting, database management, and regulatory compliance controls. Coordinates with sales, AML, and client offboarding teams to remediate issues, maintain accuracy, meet SLAs, support policy implementation, and provide subject-matter expertise. Requires advanced Excel, reporting, analytical, communication, and team leadership skills, with flexibility for night shifts.

Reviews and validates financial regulatory reporting data, source documents, SQL logic, business requirements, and data attributes. Supports issue remediation, monitoring, escalation, and conformance assessments while collaborating with Finance, Data Management, Technology, and other support teams. The role requires knowledge of banking regulatory reports, financial reporting, large-data analysis, SQL validation, advanced Excel, and regulatory reporting concepts.
