Acts as the primary email interface for Treasury clients, processing transactional requests involving treasury, cash management, depository, ACH, wires, research and adjustments, and commercial cards. Resolves client needs through straight-through processing or business-partner engagement, manages escalations, meets SLA and accuracy targets, and prepares MIS reports and data analysis. The role requires strong communication, workflow management, Treasury Services knowledge, attention to detail, and flexibility for rotational night shifts.

Analyze large datasets, deliver and enhance business reports and dashboards, maintain data integrity, fulfill ad hoc requests, develop database-integrated analytics solutions, provide business insights, and support process improvements. The role partners with global Equities, Sales, and Trading teams and requires flexibility across regional shifts and occasional weekend needs.

Performs daily risk validation and analysis for OTC derivatives, including reviewing risk measures, explaining sensitivities, investigating valuation discrepancies, and coordinating with Front Office and technology teams. Identifies control gaps, improves data integrity, and manages project deliverables. Requires strong capital markets knowledge, including fixed income, derivatives pricing, market and credit risk, and quantitative financial analysis.
