Process and reconcile securities settlements including pre-matching, matching, trade narrations, and resolving failing trades across CREST, Euroclear and domestic markets. Liaise with counterparties, custodians and internal teams to meet SLAs, reduce fail rates, perform depot transfers, stock loan reconciliations, telephone confirmations, reporting and daily exception clearing.

Serve as Product Owner for GIN/payment applications, translate business needs into user stories, manage backlog and iterations, coordinate stakeholders, review and approve requirements and test scenarios, support UAT/SQA, provide training and defect/workaround management, and handle project governance and reporting.

This role manages data for Profit products, ensuring data integrity, collaborating with stakeholders, resolving data issues, and supporting audits. Responsibilities include testing, analysis, and process improvements to enhance data provision and reporting efforts.
