Drive strategic enhancements, stakeholder communications, and data quality improvements across global teams.

Develop and enhance server-side solutions for FICC Rates trading and electronic execution. Design, implement and test trade capture, pricing, RFQ/order workflows, FIX integrations, ECN connectivity and risk valuation systems. Collaborate with traders, quants, sales and global teams; optimize performance, support automation/backtesting frameworks, and participate in milestone projects.

Lead design and delivery of AI-powered agents and end-to-end automation using Microsoft Copilot Studio, UiPath, Alteryx, Tableau and orchestration frameworks. Partner with business and tech stakeholders to build governed, scalable workflows, ensure data privacy/security, track performance, and apply Responsible AI practices. Drive tool selection, opportunity assessment, and project delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives.
