Design, develop, and maintain Hadoop-based data platforms and a TigerGraph/Neo4j GraphRAG solution. Monitor and optimize daily batch processes, ensure system stability and performance, support deployments/upgrades, perform query tuning, troubleshoot production issues, and maintain data governance and documentation. Collaborate with CIO leads, product teams, analysts, and data scientists.

Provide operational, service, administrative and technical support including basic reporting, call center support, and processing transactions. Serve as a subject-matter expert and may guide less experienced team members. Role expects graduates/postgraduates with about 24-36 months of experience.

Lead DevOps engineer responsible for deploying, configuring and maintaining vendor applications on OpenShift. Collaborate with vendors, integrate with enterprise systems, monitor performance, troubleshoot deployments, ensure security compliance, document runbooks, and support capacity planning and scaling.
