The role requires strong knowledge of financial and investment products, 401(k) accounts, transaction processing, and review operations, along with excellent communication, analytical, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.

Develop advanced analytics, AI/ML models, data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting solutions for Identity and Access Management controls. Analyze identity and entitlement data to detect anomalies, toxic access, control gaps, and IAM risks. The role also embeds model governance, AI risk management, explainability, monitoring, audit traceability, and responsible AI practices while partnering with security, risk, audit, compliance, privacy, and technology stakeholders.

Manages medium to large payment operations projects, coordinating stakeholders, testing, scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, defects, change adoption, and implementation. Serves as the primary contact for project health, status, escalation, and integration across workstreams. Translates business requirements into technical requirements, leads cross-functional execution, ensures governance and compliance, and supports operational change across global payment platforms.
