Teams at GHP Management

Manages HRIS administration, benefits enrollment and vendor relationships, leave of absence processes, compliance reporting, audits, employee inquiries, and HR system optimization. Provides guidance to employees, managers, and HR leaders; oversees benefits renewals, carrier uploads, COBRA, 401(k) administration, regulatory filings, and reporting. Requires strong communication, organization, analytical judgment, and collaboration in a high-volume environment with travel to multiple property sites.

Assists the Community Manager with apartment community operations, resident and employee engagement, leasing, sales and marketing, financial recordkeeping, rent collection, delinquencies, occupancy, resident events, compliance, and team leadership. Provides customer service to residents and prospects, maintains leasing materials and model units, supports retention programs, and may supervise staff. Requires multifamily property management experience, Yardi proficiency, bookkeeping knowledge, leasing and sales experience, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Oversees property accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, rent collections, reconciliations, month-end reporting, banking transactions, vendor invoices, claims, audits, and compliance. Manages and develops the accounting team while ensuring accurate resident records, timely move-out statements, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with leasing and operations teams.
