Drive PCB schematic and layout from prototype to volume production, design power and BMS solutions, integrate diverse sensors and compute modules, debug hardware in lab and field, mentor junior engineers, and coordinate with firmware, mechanical, controls, and contract manufacturers.

Own execution of complex robotics product development programs from concept through fielded release. Build integrated schedules, manage risks, dependencies, budgets, readiness gates, and executive reporting across hardware, firmware, software, manufacturing, documentation, and field support. Coordinate Product Owners and Engineering Leads without directly managing engineers, remove blockers, and ensure programs meet schedule and release objectives.

Leads and scales U.S. business development across military, government, and public safety markets. Develops growth strategies, identifies funding and contract opportunities, manages government relations and strategic partnerships, navigates DoD procurement, oversees pipeline and procurement processes, coordinates statements of work with engineering and operations, and builds high-performing business development teams.
