Own day-to-day accounting: month-end close, journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations. Manage end-to-end AP, vendor master and 1099 compliance. Support inventory accounting and multi-state sales/payroll tax filings. Improve ERP controls, document SOPs, support audits, and partner cross-functionally to refine finance processes in a growing organization.

Design, implement, and maintain high-quality C++ (C++17/20) robotics software. Improve build systems (CMake), configure GitLab CI/CD, maintain Linux development environments, write unit/integration tests, profile and optimize performance, collaborate with controls and hardware engineers, participate in code reviews, and support tooling and CI infrastructure to keep development fast and reliable.

Design, implement, and optimize SLAM, localization, and computer vision pipelines for real robots. Fuse multi-sensor data (cameras, IMUs, lidars), build estimation algorithms, evaluate performance on real-world data, and produce production-quality, well-tested code integrated with ROS/ROS2. Collaborate with controls and planning teams and contribute to datasets, tooling, and evaluation frameworks.
