Leads and scales U.S. business development across military, government, and public safety markets. Develops growth strategies, identifies funding and contract opportunities, manages government relations and strategic partnerships, navigates DoD procurement, oversees pipeline and procurement processes, coordinates statements of work with engineering and operations, and builds high-performing business development teams.

Design, implement, and deploy real-time manipulation pipelines for multi-DOF arms on legged robots. Develop task and motion planning, grasping, control, and simulation workflows, debug across simulation and hardware, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and own performance from architecture through hardware validation.

Lead electrical architecture for critical subsystems of a rugged legged UGV. Drive PCB schematic and layout from prototype to volume production, design power and BMS solutions, integrate diverse sensors and compute modules, debug hardware in lab and field, mentor junior engineers, and coordinate with firmware, mechanical, controls, and contract manufacturers.
