Manage day-to-day AR/AP, bank reconciliations, month-end close tasks, and inventory accounting for a high-velocity marketplace. Reconcile DTC sales channels, prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations, support physical-to-system inventory reconciliation, prepare audit-ready workpapers, and help improve controls and accounting processes while partnering with internal stakeholders and supporting management reporting.

The Chief of Staff collaborates with the CEO on cross-functional initiatives, ensuring efficient operations and project management within the company.

Own and operate Ghost's cloud and office networking: manage AWS, Railway, and Vercel infrastructure; design and maintain office switches, firewalls, VLANs, and Wi‑Fi; drive IaC, CI/CD reliability, security and compliance (SOC 2); troubleshoot outages; partner with Engineering and Data to scale infrastructure and evaluate new tooling for the AI-native platform.
