Requires strong people management, communication, presentation, facilitation, and project management skills.

Leads end-to-end data and AI projects, overseeing data processing, modeling, business intelligence, and AI-driven insights. Manages client relationships, presents solutions, supports business development and pre-sales, and integrates AI into business workflows. The role also evaluates emerging technologies, ensures data integrity and compliance, and mentors teams on data management and AI best practices.

Designs, deploys, migrates, and supports enterprise network security and data-center solutions across the UAE. Leads firewall, Zero Trust, NAC, F5 application delivery, Cisco ACI, and SD-WAN implementations; produces architecture documents, manages integrations, executes testing and cutovers, and provides post-go-live support. Serves as an L3 escalation point, performs incident analysis and maintenance, supports presales activities, and presents technical updates to customers and management.
