The Procurement Manager leads strategic sourcing and procurement for IT hardware, software, licenses, cloud services, infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and professional services. Responsibilities include supplier evaluation, RFQs/RFPs, commercial negotiations, purchase orders, contract management, supplier performance, inventory and delivery coordination, cost optimization, compliance, reporting, and project procurement. The role partners with Sales, Presales, PMO, Delivery, Finance, Legal, logistics, and technology vendors to meet customer and project requirements.

Manage daily office operations, communications, scheduling, travel arrangements, supplies, records, filing systems, and administrative support for executives and management. Assist with HR activities including onboarding and attendance tracking, prepare reports and presentations, maintain confidentiality, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Maintains office cleanliness and organization, serves refreshments, prepares meeting rooms, manages pantry supplies, handles document copying and filing, delivers documents and parcels, and supports routine administrative tasks while following safety, hygiene, and confidentiality requirements.
