Teams at Ghobash Group

Perform electrical maintenance, inspection, testing, troubleshooting and repair of motors, transformers, switchgear, MCCs, UPS and distribution equipment. Follow PTW, LOTO and HSE procedures, read electrical schematics, record maintenance activities, coordinate with teams, support shutdowns/commissioning, and participate in safety and continuous improvement initiatives.

Manage financial oversight and performance analysis of the Groups multi-asset investment portfolio. Provide valuation analysis, modelling, reporting, IFRS-compliant accounting, reconciliations, audit coordination, and governance. Support transaction execution, cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and stakeholder reporting to inform investment decisions and ensure controls across portfolio entities.

Supervise and coordinate all mechanical construction activities for HVAC systems, leading supervisors, foremen, subcontractors and crews. Plan work, review drawings and procedures, ensure compliance with specs and HSE, monitor progress and quality, coordinate testing/pre-commissioning, resolve technical issues, and support planning and client coordination to achieve mechanical completion.
