Lead accounting and financial operations including month/quarter/year-end close, GAAP-compliant financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, cash flow management, audits, tax reporting, and team leadership to support strategic business decisions and process improvements.

Own month-end close, prepare and post journal entries, reconcile bank and balance sheet accounts, prepare financial statements and tax filings, support audits, manage intercompany/multi-entity accounting, and identify process improvements to ensure GAAP compliance.

Lead general accounting operations including AP, payroll, cash management, month-end close, financial reporting, audits, and compliance. Manage banking relationships, supervise accounting teams, drive process improvements, and support executive decision-making.
