Lead accounting and financial operations including month/quarter/year-end close, GAAP-compliant financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, cash flow management, audits, tax reporting, and team leadership to support strategic business decisions and process improvements.

Support financial reporting and month-end close; prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, billing, accounts receivable, collections, and cash management; maintain GAAP-compliant records; research and resolve discrepancies; partner with leadership and teams; identify process improvements and adapt to evolving systems.

Lead accounting and finance operations for a mission-driven nonprofit including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, grants, reporting, budgeting, audits, cash forecasting, treasury, and internal controls. Supervise and develop the accounting team, drive process improvements, support executive leadership and board reporting, and ensure GAAP compliance.
