Design and produce proposal and pursuit graphics, presentations, infographics, templates, and print assets. Collaborate with proposal and capture teams, process comments, ensure RFP compliance, oversee document finalization and vendor coordination, and mentor junior designers while managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.

The GHD Graduate Program offers a two-year consulting career with support through mentorship, hands-on project work, and industry exposure, tailored to individual interests across various specialities.

Provide high-level EA and administrative support to the Chief Client Officer and Client Experience team, including complex diary management, email triage, stakeholder coordination, preparing and editing correspondence and presentations, minute-taking, expense and invoice management, and organising domestic and international travel. Handle confidential information with discretion and perform varied ad hoc administrative tasks.
