The role involves designing digital products for mining residue management, leading technical solution development, maintaining software applications, conducting quality assurance tests, and collecting data for decision-making.

Lead and govern regional PMO practices while spending ~50% time on chargeable project delivery. Improve PM maturity, set KPIs, manage PD/PM rosters, run portfolio and independent project reviews, develop PM capability, mentor staff, and support strategic pursuits and major project delivery across Western Canada.

Support design, analysis, and delivery of façade systems. Prepare technical reports and documentation, coordinate with project stakeholders, assess façade performance and compliance, support site inspections and construction reviews, and contribute to project delivery while maintaining quality and safety.
