Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products; develop and implement QC procedures; record results; report defects; collaborate with production and participate in continuous improvement efforts.

Sell GFT Ready Mix products within an assigned East Valley territory. Build and maintain customer relationships, negotiate agreements, manage orders and deliveries, support bids, attend sales meetings, follow pricing and safety protocols, and meet customer satisfaction goals.

Coordinate and input customer orders, schedule ready-mix deliveries using dispatch software, monitor schedules and trucking demands, report delivery issues, complete daily reports, and assist customers with product selection. Support drivers and dispatch operations, work weekends as needed, and maintain accurate records.
