Supports inside sales and billing processes by setting up customer projects, reviewing billing information, organizing delivery documentation, following up on outstanding quotes, maintaining accurate records, and assisting sales teams with customer and administrative needs. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, professional communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Lead day-to-day accounting operations across multiple entities, including AP, AR, general ledger, reconciliations, financial reporting, inventory, fixed assets, credit, compliance, and controls. Supervise and develop accounting staff, support close processes, audits, tax filings, budgeting, payroll, and cash flow management. Improve accounting processes, SOPs, ERP utilization, and system implementation while partnering closely with the CFO.
