Supports HR operations including onboarding, employee records, benefits administration, recruiting coordination, leave and workers’ compensation documentation, compliance tracking, HR reporting, employee communications, and general employee assistance. Maintains confidential records in Paylocity, coordinates pre-employment requirements, supports audits and employee programs, and escalates sensitive matters to the HR Manager.

Directs environmental health and safety programs, including policy development, regulatory compliance, audits, training, incident investigations, corrective actions, budgeting, documentation, and team leadership. The role collaborates across the organization to integrate EHS practices and maintain compliance with applicable standards.
