Supports national procurement strategy implementation across Eastern Canada by analyzing spend data, identifying cost savings, assisting with RFPs, onboarding vendors, monitoring supplier performance, resolving procurement issues, and coordinating procurement training. The role serves as a bilingual liaison between regional operations and corporate procurement teams while helping standardize processes across urban and rural sites.

Handles inbound sales inquiries and quote requests, identifies customer needs, recommends waste-management solutions, performs upselling and cross-selling, provides post-sale customer support, resolves service and pricing questions, and maintains accurate customer records and follow-up activities in the CRM.

Manage parts procurement, supplier negotiations, purchase orders, inventory records, physical counts, warranties, claims, returns, and core management. Provide first-line support to mechanics, drivers, and garage personnel while maintaining the M5 fleet and parts management system. The role also handles invoicing, stock obsolescence, prioritization, and administrative follow-up in a busy garage environment.
