Transports, delivers, removes, and collects liquid and solid hazardous waste from customer sites. Operates vacuum and box trucks, loads and unloads cargo, secures loads, performs vehicle inspections, maintains driver logs and manifests, complies with dangerous-goods and transportation regulations, and communicates with customers and supervisors. The role requires outdoor and indoor work, lifting over 75 pounds, overtime, weekends, and on-call availability.

Directs waste processing, disposal, collection, transportation, and site operations across multiple facilities. Oversees safety, compliance, budgets, P&Ls, routing, staffing, equipment, projects, and operational improvement. Provides leadership to site managers, ensures regulatory compliance, manages resources and performance, supports tenders and capital works, and collaborates with sales and executives to improve efficiency and profitability.

Performs outdoor labour, waste collection assistance, site cleanup, vehicle and equipment fueling, yard work, janitorial duties, traffic direction, and general facility maintenance. Operates skid steers and other site equipment while following safety procedures. Requires physical fitness, frequent lifting, and readiness to work in varying weather and safety-sensitive conditions.
