Provide front-desk and administrative support: greet clients, handle shipments, filing, billing and purchase orders, schedule training, manage recurring billing, travel arrangements, and general office duties.

Lead and manage specialized field projects including tank and railcar cleanings, confined space entry, decontamination, and hazardous materials handling. Coach and train technicians, enforce safety programs, oversee project execution and closure, support emergency response, and liaise with clients while tracking project metrics and reporting to Project Manager.

Perform hazardous materials handling, confined space entry, railcar transloading and cleaning, decontamination, technical rescue and environmental response. Travel regionally with overnight stays; follow project leaders and safety procedures; participate in varied specialized services and receive company training.
