Develop client relationships and sell managed IT, print, networking, security, and communication solutions. The role includes meeting sales goals, building a customer base, participating in ongoing training and coaching, and growing revenue through consultative selling. Candidates should be competitive, coachable, strong communicators, and relationship-oriented. A bachelor’s degree or at least two years of sales experience is preferred.

Provides first-response remote IT support for print equipment customers. Installs PC and Mac print drivers, resolves non-hardware printing issues, answers equipment inquiries, and trains end users on proper machine operation. Requires basic networking and computer knowledge, strong communication and customer service skills, accuracy, self-direction, and analytical problem-solving abilities. A+ or Network certification is preferred.
