Responsibilities include preparing appointments and work orders, communicating vehicle progress, updating customers, explaining maintenance needs, recommending inspection items, preparing accurate invoices, coordinating with parts and technicians, handling calls, rescheduling appointments, and ensuring timely vehicle delivery. The role also tracks sales, gross profit, business-development calls, and upcoming appointments for management review.
