Manages the full sales cycle for driver acquisition, from lead conversations and data validation through package recommendations, negotiation, closing, training, onboarding, quality assurance, and follow-up. The role involves meeting monthly sales targets, conducting outbound activities, building customer trust, and maintaining a high-quality driver fleet while working independently in a changing environment.

Lead end-to-end cross-organizational software R&D projects, drive Agile and AI tool adoption, coach teams on continuous improvement, align stakeholders, and ensure on-time delivery.

Perform technical pre-sales activities including demos, POCs, onboarding, training, and Tier-1 support. Conduct frequent field visits, manage integrations (API, SFTP, SSO), log activity in Salesforce, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with Sales, R&D, and Product to optimize the W2G system for customers.
