Supports daily employee benefits operations, answers benefits questions, administers leave programs, processes enrollments, maintains HRIS data, assists with orientations and open enrollment, researches regulatory changes, coordinates wellness initiatives, and ensures confidentiality and compliance with benefits regulations and HIPAA.

Produce executive-grade dashboards and reports (Power BI, SSRS), analyze healthcare revenue cycle and financial/operational performance, identify root causes and trends, validate data across sources, and provide data-driven recommendations to Client Services and executive leadership to improve revenue and client outcomes.

Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using C#. Analyze business requirements, implement technical solutions, write optimized SQL queries and stored procedures, and troubleshoot issues. The role requires database design, query optimization, debugging, analytical problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and independent delivery management. SSIS, SSRS, and ETL experience are advantageous or preferred.
