Maintains golf course greens, tees, fairways, bunkers, surrounds, and wider protected landscapes. Duties include mowing, watering, course setup, bunker renovation, weed and pest control, drainage and irrigation work, wildlife damage repair, machinery operation, and basic equipment maintenance. The role supports course improvement projects, follows environmental and heritage guidelines, and provides professional assistance to members and visitors. Weekend and bank holiday rota work, early mornings, and all-weather conditions are expected.

Manage daily clubhouse and event operations, including team rotas, hiring, training, stock, budgets, food and beverage quality, compliance, and guest experience. Plan and deliver private and social events by coordinating bookings, catering, AV, setup, kitchen, bar, and operations teams. Convert smaller event enquiries into bookings while supporting sales, controlling costs, maintaining standards, and leading teams during busy periods.
