Manage and optimize vendor-provided network and security platforms, including firewalls, VPNs, SD-WAN, and monitoring tools. Administer user access, permissions, MFA, SSO, and identity integrations. Monitor performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, coordinate vendors, oversee upgrades, maintain compliance documentation, and support incident response and disaster recovery. Provide Tier 2–3 help desk escalation, onboarding and offboarding support, and recommendations for secure, scalable network improvements.

Owns high-priority, ambiguous cross-functional problems from diagnosis through implementation and durable handoff. The role spans product, pricing, partnerships, operations, engineering, sales, customer experience, finance, and vendor management. Responsibilities include researching issues, building specifications and processes, driving execution, communicating decisive updates, using AI for research and automation, and representing the company with customers and partners. Success is measured by sustainable outcomes and clear ownership after implementation.

As a Quality Engineer, you will conduct automated and manual testing, ensuring software reliability through design and analysis, collaborating with various teams, and maintaining test artifacts.
