Own and execute growth and lifecycle marketing end-to-end: paid performance (CAC, ROAS, conversion), CRM journeys (email, push, SMS), segmentation, A/B testing, analytics and dashboards. Build, run, and optimize campaigns and nurture flows, work cross-functionally to instrument tracking, and scale high-leverage channels like referrals and SMS.
