Teams at Gesher Human Services

Conduct participant intakes, assessments, case coordination, vocational planning, progress documentation, and employment placement activities. Serve as the primary participant contact, coordinate individualized service plans, support workplace skill development, provide training and feedback to job coaches and employers, maintain required records, and transport participants as needed.

Coordinates Clubhouse member activities and supports an inclusive, work-ordered environment for adults with psychiatric disabilities. Assists with employment, education, wellness, meals, gardening, community partnerships, goal setting, assessments, documentation, data entry, and quality assurance. Requires collaboration with members, staff, employers, and community organizations, along with occasional evening, weekend, holiday, and out-of-state training availability.

Provides case management and workforce development services to job seekers. Assesses client needs and vocational potential, creates success plans, delivers career workshops, supports resumes and applications, connects clients with community resources, and tracks participation and outcomes. Partners with employers to develop recruitment, training, apprenticeship, and on-the-job opportunities while completing eligibility, reporting, documentation, and data-entry requirements.
