Leads membership, events, communications, and marketing strategy for a regional international business organization. Oversees a 6–8-person team, member and stakeholder relationships, event planning, sponsorships, budgets, revenue targets, communications, brand visibility, CRM and analytics systems, KPIs, recruitment, and process improvement. Represents the organization externally and collaborates with senior leadership and regional teams.

Develop North American customer and application opportunities for advanced composite materials and prepregs. Work with OEMs, fabricators, processors, distributors, and engineers to understand requirements, support material selection, testing, qualification, and commercialization, and build long-term accounts. Provide technical presentations, proposals, quotations, pricing support, and negotiations while coordinating projects across international teams. The role requires advanced composites expertise, strong customer communication, commercial interest, self-direction, and 50–70% travel.

Manages day-to-day accounting operations, including financial transactions, reconciliations, invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, collections, month-end close, journal entries, and financial reporting. Supports audits and annual tax return preparation, ensures US GAAP compliance, responds to auditor and tax advisor inquiries, and collaborates across departments while meeting deadlines with strong attention to detail.
