Teams at German American Bank

Provides executive leadership for the bank’s treasury management business, overseeing strategy, financial performance, sales, product roadmap, customer implementations, service delivery, risk controls, vendor relationships, and team development. Drives commercial deposit growth, treasury fee income, customer adoption, profitability, and retention through integrated payment, receivables, liquidity, and fraud-prevention solutions. Partners across banking, technology, operations, finance, risk, compliance, and marketing to improve scalable delivery and customer experience.

Leads the bank’s customer-facing treasury management business, overseeing strategy, sales, product development, implementations, service delivery, budgets, and profitability. Drives commercial deposit and fee-income growth through consultative customer relationships and partnerships with commercial banking. Owns the treasury product roadmap, vendor coordination, onboarding standards, risk controls, team development, and executive reporting. Requires extensive bank treasury or commercial banking experience, strong payments expertise, and leadership of sales teams.

Supports wealth advisory activities involving asset management, trust administration, estate planning, and retirement services. Conducts research, gathers data, compiles reports, interacts with clients and internal teams, participates in community events, and develops recommendations for a strategic project. Presents project findings and next steps to leadership. Requires strong communication, organization, teamwork, attention to detail, and project management skills.
