Processes automotive warranty claims for the Service Department, including timely submission, review of rejected or adjusted claims, resolution tracking, technician hour booking, communication of adjustments, and adherence to manufacturer policies and procedures. Maintains current knowledge of warranty requirements and supports accurate, organized claim administration.

Leads the new car sales team, develops sales strategies, drives sales targets, coaches staff, improves customer satisfaction, builds customer relationships, monitors market trends, and ensures compliant, ethical sales practices.

Oversee dealership accounting operations, prepare and analyze financial statements, coordinate audits, manage budgets and forecasts, maintain internal controls, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide financial guidance to leadership. The role also partners with department heads on financial planning, cost control, process improvements, and operational efficiency.
