Assist mentor technician with disassembly/reassembly and minor body repairs. Learn collision repair techniques, follow repair plans and directions, and develop skills through hands-on experience and coaching.

Administer company employee benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, retirement, life, disability, voluntary policies); ensure compliance with federal/state laws (ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA); manage enrollment, billing, records, communications, and benefit inquiries; analyze benchmark surveys and recommend plan changes; prepare regulatory filings and coordinate with carriers and government programs.
