Prospect, forecast, present demos, manage pipeline, negotiate contracts, and build executive relationships. Create account plans, showcase capabilities, and collaborate with sales, project, customer service, and marketing teams. Must travel to client sites.

Design and document enterprise big-data and data warehouse architectures. Collaborate with stakeholders, perform data profiling and requirement analysis, guide Spark ingestion development, recommend cloud data service patterns (Azure/AWS), and lead data governance, stewardship and quality best practices to support analytics and ML use cases.

Lead design, implementation, and support of telephony and Microsoft Unified Communications (Skype for Business/Teams) solutions. Administer Asterisk/FreePBX and VoIP infrastructure, manage AD/Azure AD and Office 365 services, perform deployments, documentation, stakeholder workshops, escalations, and mentor junior engineers.
